As the number of people using the Kiwi IRC web client grows each day, so does the number of people trying to use it to abuse IRC networks.
Unfortunately, some services that provide anonymity and ways to get around region based content online do not bode well with many IRC networks due to the account-less nature of IRC networks and reliance on static hostnames for their users. The Hola VPN network being one of the most used services to abuse and evade IRC bans when using web based clients has therefore been completely blocked from using kiwiirc.com.
I apologise for anybody that did use the Hola VPN network for legitimate reasons on kiwiirc.com, however this should put a stop to such an easy method of IRC network abuse that has been growing recently.
